Bio
I am an economist with a specialization in applied econometrics and behavioral economics. With a Ph.D. from Goethe University Frankfurt am Main and extensive research periods at distinguished institutions including New York University, University of Chicago, and Singapore Management University, I have cultivated expertise in rigorous research and nuanced policy analysis.
Having contributed significantly to esteemed institutions such as the UN's Food and Agriculture Organization and the European Central Bank, I have delved deeply into the intricacies of decision-making under uncertainty and behavioral insights within economic domains. My endeavors aim to effectuate substantive change, particularly in critical spheres such as food safety and food security.
Currently, I am a postdoctoral researcher at Sapienza UniversitĂ di Roma, specializing in applied econometrics with a focus on education impact evaluation. I also lecture in applied econometrics at Sapienza UniversitĂ di Roma and in macroeconomics at LUISS Guido Carli. Furthermore, I coordinate AI master's programs for Sole24Ore Business School, where I also teach AI-related classes.
In addition to my scholarly endeavors, I am deeply committed to knowledge dissemination and education. Whether imparting economic principles in the classroom or disseminating research findings at global conferences, I am dedicated to fostering intellectual discourse and advancement. Furthermore, my proficiency in multiple languages and fluency in various programming languages enriches my endeavors with a diverse skill set.
Beyond my academic and professional pursuits, I am driven by a strong ethos of service and engagement. Through volunteer initiatives and recreational activities such as sports, I endeavor to uphold a holistic approach to life and work, characterized by a commitment to societal betterment and personal fulfillment.
